Savvy Sipping provides custom wine training kits delivered as digital documents. Each kit is personalised to the customer's wine list and includes:
The kit is delivered to your nominated email address within 24 hours of receiving your wine menu.
All orders are processed via Stripe. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.
The current price of $97 AUD is a V2 launch price valid until 29 May 2026, after which the standard price of $169 AUD applies.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to submit your wine menu. Your custom kit will be delivered to your email address within 24 hours of us receiving your wine list. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
All content, materials, and documents produced by Savvy Sipping — including your custom training kit — are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Savvy Sipping. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the kit for your own restaurant and staff. You may not:
You agree to use Savvy Sipping solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the site or products in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
Savvy Sipping provides training and educational materials for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or business results from use of the product. Results will vary depending on your restaurant, team, and implementation.
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Savvy Sipping's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

We offer a 30-day refund on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your custom training kit, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
Email us at hello@savvysipping.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your order details and we will process your refund promptly.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
Our refund policy operates in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to your choice of a refund, replacement, or repair.
